Springdale Apartments

Welcome to Springdale Apartments. We are a small complex with only 20 units, all 1 bedroom. The Springdale is great for the person who wants quiet and convenience. We are only 2 blocks from campus and on the University and Athens bus lines. We have free off road parking for tenants. Cats are OK, no dogs. The rent includes pest control, garbage and, as a bonus, we provide free heat and water, both hot and cold.
